Guigen Qigong Wood Element relates to the Liver (Yin) and Gall Bladder (Yang). The season of spring and windy weather correspond to the Wood Element, together with the emotions of anger and frustration, and the colour green.

The Liver helps to cleanse and regulate the flow of blood in the body. TCM describes the liver’s function as smoothing and regulating the flow of vital energy and blood, helping the free flow of Qi through the whole body.
It also helps the spleen to send food essence up and the stomach to send food down, normalizing digestion.

The benefits of Guigen Qigong Wood Element: this part can be used for problems in arms and shoulders, depression, problems in head and eye, liver and gallbladder.
